Ingredients

Grated Coconut-1 cup

Small onion- 4-6 nos

Spring curry leaves

Red chilli flakes- 1-2 tsp or Dry Red chillies- 5-6

Fresh green mango pieces – 2-3 cubes

Ginger - small piece

Salt- to taste

Instructions

Get ready with your ingredients. Transfer all the ingredients to the traditional stone grinder or mixer jar. Grind it coarse.

Sprinkle little water and grind again to a coarse mixture more like a thick chutney.

Notes

Salt, sourness and spice to taste. Adjust the quantity of raw mango pieces, red chillies and salt accordingly.
